Description

I made this set of food utensils from a large offcut of Ekki (Ironwood) that I was given over 30 years ago. It was cut
from timber being used to make new lock gates for the Royal Canal in Dublin. I pushed it under the bench in my workshop
and only decided to cut it recently.
Ekki is very tough on tools but it finishes beautifully off the tools with little or no sanding required.
Finish: Liquid paraffin, Beeswax and Grapeseed Oil.
