The Loughcrew cairns, (https://www.tuatha.ie/loughcrew-cairns/) also known as ‘The Hills of the Witch’ are a group of Neolithic passage tombs near Oldcastle in County Meath, Ireland.
Spread over four undulating peaks, the tombs date back to 3000 BC.
A cairn is a man-made structure of stones.
Many are decorated with rare megalithic art.
I have reproduced some of the art from cairns I and T on this piece.
