This piece is a copy of on that was demonstrated by Helen Bailey (a terrific demonstrator) at the East Central woodturners club annual seminar in April.
Interior: Cellulose sanding sealer.
Exterior: Textured and painted with black gesso paint. Then overpainted with Jo Sonja turquoise iridescent and gold iridescent paint.
Finish: Acrylic satin lacquer.
